I had my eyes set on this one house (unrealistic in this market I know), and by the time we got to see it 30 minutes into its open house, seven offers were already on the table. Mark went in, did his magic and the sellers went with our offer! There were times I wanted to give up, but Mark didn't let me; he was there for me the entire time and without question. In this market, you need a shark, and that's exactly what he is. He knows the market extremely well and is open and honest about every aspect of the process with you. He had so much experience and knowledge in our VA Loan. We had given him a huge list of homes we wanted to see, without hesitation he showed us and also gave us advice on certain things that we missed when viewing a home. For example, one house we hadn't noticed was the kitchen floor was slanted, in another home he noticed all the firewood on the back deck stacked up against the house (termites) Once we found our home, we had nothing else to worry about.. While he was always courteous, friendly and exceedingly professional, he was right down to business and made selling my condo a painless experience. Having used real estate agents on several occasions before, I found Mark to be a welcome departure from the expected half-assed experience found with other agents. Mark was all about getting me to my desired position and represented me well in the transaction. His knowledge-base was excellent and he was spot-on in his assessments, attention to details, and creation of a stress-free sales experience. I wanted to off-load a condo that I had owned for quite some time and used as a rental unit. There were several complicating factors to the deal, I will spare the details, that Mark handled without me having to be directly involved. I wanted an agent who would take care of things and "make it done". Mark delivered above my expectations. If I called with a concern, his response was "Thanks for letting me know. I'm on it. I'll let you know if I need anything from you". He would then handle the issue and make it go away. He has the contacts to get the property serviced, appliances replaced, and any repairs done quickly and at an honest price. By default, I generally do not trust real estate agents and think of them as idiots who cannot hack it in a real job; that does not describe Mark. He was absolutely excellent and I will 100% use him for real estate dealings moving forward. Mark brings his experience from years of military and fire/rescue service with him to work for your benefit. Can-do attitude, make it done diligence, and integrity beyond reproach. I truly cannot say enough positive adjectives when describing my opinion of Mark as a true professional. I actually enjoyed the real-estate transaction. I am pressed for time and he literally handled every aspect of the transaction with a minimum of effort on my part. We are considering selling another property soon and have again contacted Mark to assist. He's my real estate guy!

He made the process simple and easy to understand and I thoroughly appreciated his patience and expertise. His knowledge of the housing market and geographical area was pivotal in determining not only where to live, but what areas are better for resale. Mark’s insights and advice were extremely valuable throughout the entire home finding and buying process.

We had already put an offer on a new home, and had a short timeline to get our home listed. He worked really fast to get the home photographed and on the market. Within 5 days we received multiple offers and he worked with each of the buyers agents to ensure we got an offer above list price. While we were waiting to close we had some challenges with the buyers agent. Mark was truly amazing acting in our best interest and to make sure some of the unrealistic demands of the buyers agent were squashed. From start to finish Mark kept us updated and worked to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend to anyone I know interested in purchasing a home.
